In order to obtain the Russian visa all foreign participants need an official invitation.

To prepare an official invitation letter  we ask you to send us  the copy of your passport and the following information by email:

1) Nationality,
2) Cities, which you are going to visit in Russia (except Moscow and Dolgoprudny),
3) Home address,
4) City in which you are going to obtain the Russian visa,
5) Date of entrance in Russia,
6) Period of validity of visa,
7) Current occupation,
8) Position,
9) Employer address.

Please note that your passport must be valid at least 6 months after your supposed date of departure from Russia.
